This week sees the return of Lates at the Science Museum, and a chance to get your culture fix round the clock. Start the day in Hyde Park with Formafantasma at the Serpentine Galleries, then try out the Royal Geographical Society’s new ‘Albertopolis’ walking trail before exploring the riches of meteorites and minerals at the Natural History Museum. Treat yourself to lunch or dinner at Café Tangerine, before your night of after-hours discovery at the Science Museum.
All our venues have Covid safety measures in place and you need to book ahead for your visits.

The Science Museum’s adults-only, late-night event returns for a special edition on 14 October and they can’t wait to welcome you back! Explore our world in the time of coronavirus and find out about the research happening right now to help fight the pandemic. Join us for a range of socially-distanced activities, from talks with scientists on the front line of vaccine research to facemask workshops, and the return of the old favourite Pub Quiz, where you can test your knowledge of what else has been happening in the world of science over the past six months. Be sure to book early for this exclusive opportunity to explore the museum without the usual crowds. |

The Natural History Museum is famous for its dinosaurs, but did you know they house over 80 million specimens spanning 4.5 billion years of Earth's history? Just up the road at the Serpentine Galleries, Formafantasma returns with Cambio, a multi-sensory exhibition that explores everything to do with trees from its molecular structure to forest legends. Unpicking ideas about design, ecology and sustainability, it even includes specimens from Kew that were first exhibited at the Great Exhibition in 1851 right here in Hyde Park.
