Calling all lovers of art, science and anything in between! There is so much to discover in South Ken this May!
This year marks the 75th anniversary of Windrush and we're thrilled to be able to celebrate with events in South Ken taking place throughout the month of June. Come along and celebrate the impact of Caribbean culture on British life.
Some of South Kens’ venues are set to unveil new galleries in the coming months, adding even more excitement and wonder to the cultural scene. Exciting news for photography lovers as the V&A reopens its Photography Centre on 25th May - the UK’s largest space dedicated to a permanent photography collection, opening 25th May!
The Science Museum is also opening a new Engineers gallery next month where you can explore the history and evolution of engineering and technology with artifacts from some of the world's most iconic engineering achievements. Plus Power Up, the Science Museum's interactive gaming gallery opens in July, giving you the chance to immerse yourself in the ultimate hands-on gaming experience.
