If you sign up for information about a specific project, including South Ken Zero Emissions and Nature Positive (South Ken ZEN+), will use your personal information to keep you informed about progress with this project and related events and activities which we think will be of interest to you for the duration of the project (up to May 2026) unless you opt out. We may use a third party to collect personal data for a specific project. For the South Ken ZEN+ stakeholder engagement work between May and August 2024, we are using Allies & Morrison Ltd to manage the survey including collecting email addresses and non-identifiable personal information. If you contact us by any other means (e.g. email), we may keep a record of that contact and the information you provide at that time, on the basis that we have a legitimate interest to do so to respond to your inquiry and let you know about progress related to the issue you raised.
Discover South Kensington stores personal details on various systems; Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Excel spreadsheets and email providers such as Microsoft 365 for emails and contact details.
